The right product at the right time, that's part of the Awesome Awnings® story. Back in 1996 partners Jason Leonard and Jesse Campbell identified a need in the booming North Carolina commercial and home building industry-modern awnings that beautify and protect expensive property.

The two entrepreneurs started their company in 1,500 square feet of leased space. Becoming experts in the awning materials industry, understanding the needs of their customers, and a passion for customer service resulted in the partners exceeding $1.5 million in annual sales. Awesome Awnings now is headquartered in 12,500 square feet in Cary, North Carolina and continues to expand into the franchise arena.

The market boom continues. New commercial and residential building remains strong which means new customers are coming into the market every day. And the remodeling and home improvement portion of the trade is stronger than ever.
